Bushing-type current transformers (BCT) are designed to measure, protect, and monitor the current flow in each phase of power transformers. On the other hand, GIS Type Current Transformers (SGCT) take the same task on for high-voltage gas-insulated switchgear systems.
ENPAY BCT & SGCT are designed and manufactured up to 1200 kV in compliance with international standards and customer specifications by using state-of-the-art technology. SGCTs are produced as individual units, tailored to customer requests, and feature specialized insulation for use in gas-insulated systems. BCT on the other side, can be provided either as a set, consisting of assembled units or as individual units, depending on customer requests. It also comes with various insulation types for power transformers.
BCT & SGCT can be customized up to 1200mm outer diameter, 500mm height, and 500kg weight based on customer requirements. The sufficient clearance between the primary conductor of BCT & SGCT should be considered by the customer due to the highest system. Each BCT & SGCT are 100% routine tested in an ISO/ EN/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory according to international standards such as IEC and IEEE, and a routine test report is prepared for each unit.
