Electrical Steel Testing Laboratory

Electrical Steel Test Laboratory performs the following tests for products made of electrical steel in acclimatised conditions by using conventional methods as an ISO/EN/IEC 17025 accredited test laboratory.

For Electrical Steel, the following tests can be carried out inside the Electrical Steel Test Laboratory of ENPAY:

• Magnetic Properties of Electrical Steel and Strip by means of Epstein Frame according to IEC60404-2
• Magnetic Properties of Electrical Steel and Strip by means of Single Sheet Tester according to IEC60404-3
• Surface Insulation Resistance of Magnetic Sheet&Strip according to IEC60404-11
• Measuring the Stacking Factor for Electrical Sheet Packages according to IEC 60404-13
• Magnetostriction Test for Soft Magnetic Materials
• Adhesion Test according to IEC60404-12
• Bending Test according to ISO7799
